35th Reunion Weekend

Real Art Ways will host a reunion weekend for alums, artists, and friends from near and far. The weekend will feature the best of Real Art Ways: contemporary art, music, interesting conversations and opportunities for people to meet or reconnect.

Thursday, October 20, Creative Cocktail Hour

The reunion begins Thursday, October 20 with our monthly Creative Cocktail Hour. Entertainment Nation Beat.

From the hours 6-8pm will be the opening for Ephermeroom, an exhibition created from relics in our archives and loaned to us from our members, friends and fans.

Friday, October 21, "Realie" Awards Dinner 6 PM

Friday, October 21 we will have the "Realie" Awards Dinner presenting four exemplary individuals with the Realie Awards. These individuals are Denise Merrill, Howard Fromson, Henry Zachs and Pepon Osorio.

Saturday, October 22, Stone Field Walk and Concert

Saturday, October 22 at 12 PM will be a geo-architectural tour of buildings in Hartford given by Robert Thorson, Professor of Geology at the University of Connecticut, author of Stone by Stone and coordinator of Stone Wall Initiative: Saving New England's historic stone walls. The tour will begin and end at Carl Andre's Stone Field Sculpture.

Saturday, October 22 at 8 PM is the first concert of our live music series presented by Stephen Haynes and Joe Morris.
